This membership is not a contract but has to draft from a checking, credit or debt account each month. Clients can cancel with no additional fee. A 30 day notice is required in order to cancel with a signed cancellation notice.

If a client would like to cancel before the 6 months is fulfilled there is a assigned cancellation fee. We do require a signed cancelation form in order to properly cancel this membership after the 6 months has been completed.
